Dillon, Colorado

Summer is Dillon's season. The Dillon Marina is one of the highest-altitude deep-water marinas in the world, the Friday farmers market fills the core, and the Dillon Amphitheater — free concerts with the lake as a backdrop — has become one of Colorado's most loved venues.

In winter, Dillon works as a quiet, central base: Keystone and Arapahoe Basin are up the road, Breckenridge and Copper about twenty minutes, and the Summit Stage bus connects it all. The town core is walkable to the lake, and much of the housing looks over it.

Dillon's stock leans condo and townhome, much of it built to face the water — lake-view units in the town core and along the ridge toward Dillon Valley trade on their views. Single-family homes cluster in the older core blocks and in Summit Cove toward Keystone.

For buyers who want water and mountains in the same window at a more approachable entry point than the resort villages, Dillon is usually the first place we show. Deed-restriction and HOA terms vary building to building, so we read those carefully before you fall for a view.
