Larry has called Breckenridge home since 1980 and brings more than four decades of local insight. Licensed since 1996, he spent years in lumberyard management and construction before real estate, served six years as Mayor of Blue River and 26 years on its town board, and volunteered 16+ years with the Red, White & Blue Fire Department. Few people know these mountains, or their homes, better.
Licensed since 1996, with a background in property management and title services, Cindy pairs deep industry knowledge with a designer’s eye for long-term value. Honest, straightforward, and highly detail-oriented, she holds the GRI, CRS, RSPS, ILHC, and CNE designations and works to make every transaction informed, confident, and seamless.
Dependable, skilled, and trustworthy, Carlo brings a rare combination of high-end construction expertise and brokerage experience. A licensed broker since 2014 and the owner and president of Gambino Paint & Custom Woodwork, he reads a home’s bones like few agents can. Bilingual and deeply connected to the community, he serves clients across all of Summit County with preparation and clear communication.
Passionate, fun, and outgoing, Jonathan grew up in a family with Breckenridge real estate roots reaching back to the 1990s. After time with Gambino Paint building construction and design know-how, he brings a storytelling-driven approach to marketing homes and a work ethic shaped by high-level baseball. He guides clients with transparent communication and gives back through children’s hospitals, Smart Bellies, and local youth baseball.
