Everyone should be able to use this site. We build with assistive technology in mind, and if you encounter a barrier we will fix it or provide the information in another format.
Our commitment
The Gambino Team is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and labels for screen readers.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, including listing photography.
- Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your device requests it.
- A high-contrast, monochrome design with legible type at every screen size.
- Accessibility review as part of building new features.
Known limitations
Some content — such as interactive maps and third-party listing media — may not yet be fully accessible. If any of it presents a barrier, contact us and we will provide the same information in an accessible format, usually within two business days.
Beyond the website
If you need accommodations for a showing, a closing, or any other part of working with us — accessible meeting locations, additional time, alternative document formats — please ask, and we will arrange them.
