Our commitment

We provide equal professional service to everyone, and we do not — and will not — discriminate in the sale, rental, financing, or advertising of housing.
Protected classes
Federal law prohibits housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, and national origin. Colorado law extends protection further, including creed, ancestry, marital status, source of income, and veteran or military status.
What this means in practice
- We show any listed property to any qualified buyer who asks.
- We never steer clients toward or away from neighborhoods based on who lives there.
- Listing descriptions on this site describe properties, not preferred buyers.
- We answer questions about schools, demographics, and neighborhoods with objective, published sources rather than personal characterizations.
If you believe your rights were violated
You may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at hud.gov or 1-800-669-9777, or with the Colorado Civil Rights Division. We would also ask that you tell us directly at sara.gambino@milehimodern.com so we can address it.
