Property information on this site is compiled from sources we consider reliable, including our own listings, public records, and multiple listing services, but it is not guaranteed. Square footage, lot size, taxes, HOA dues, availability, and price are all subject to error, change, or prior sale without notice. Before relying on any detail that matters to your decision, verify it independently or ask us to confirm it.
The AI assistant
The chat widget and AI search on this site use artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and they are not statements by a licensed broker. Do not make an offer, waive an inspection, or take any similar step based on the assistant’s responses without confirming the details with our team or your own advisors.
Our main phone line, (970) 432-4989, and texts to it may be answered by Maren, our AI assistant, rather than a person. The same cautions apply to what she tells you by phone or text.
Home-value estimates
The estimate on our home-value page is produced automatically from public and market data (RentCast or ATTOM). It is not an appraisal or a broker’s price opinion, and it has not been reviewed by a licensed broker or appraiser. Ask our team for a market analysis before relying on a value.
Text messaging
Texts about your inquiry, home search, or sale come from our team. The messaging program is operated by Themis Marketing Solutions, LLC on our behalf. We text only people who opted in, either by ticking the consent box on one of our forms (the Contact page, the home-value page, or the pop-up contact form) or by texting us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
