Between the last spring corn and the first real snow, Summit County gets quiet. Fewer showings, fewer competing listings, and buyers who are actually in the market rather than browsing between ski days.
That quiet is not a disadvantage. It is a narrower, more serious audience, and it rewards a home that is genuinely ready.
